FNF 2012 Performing Artists
First Night® Flathead's contracted artists are paid a fee for their performances. These fees constitute the major portion of our budget as supporting each community's local artistic talent for the enrichment and enjoyment of the attending audience is a major goal of First Night® USA's mission.
First Night® Flathead is very pleased to present this year's attending audience with a wide range of musical styles and ensembles presented by our very talented local artists. Whatever your favorite kind of music or entertainment, you are sure to find it at First Night!

Kenny James Miller Band wanted a break out year in 2011 in the Northwest Region. Their momentum started as the First Night Flathead 2011’s Headline Band and took their original music on the road to be discovered. In so doing, they performed at several regional festivals and events like Ritzville, Silver Mountain & Big Sky. They shared the stage with Robin Trower. They released a new song “Thank You Lucille” that is on the charts locally and in Spokane. They competed and won the Spokane IBS Challenge and were a finalist in the state competition. And just last month they won the Inland Empire Blues Society 2011 “Best New Blues Band” Award. This power trio’s concert type presentation will irresistibly move you to dance.
