Tropical Montana Marimba Ensemble was voted the best band of the Flathead in 2009, playing music that brightens the spirit and lightens the feet. Our members are Bill Boggs, Dave Streeter, Barbara Calm, Sarah Burdick, Alan Roy, Cissy Booth, Dan’l Moore, Neil Hilton, Gaelyn Moore and Helen Pilling. The music has its roots in the Shona tribe of Zimbabwe, with a Pacific Northwest flavor combining traditional with original tunes. This fun band will draw you in, whether dancing, hula hooping or just tapping your toes!
