FNF 2012 Performing Artists
First Night® Flathead's contracted artists are paid a fee for their performances. These fees constitute the major portion of our budget as supporting each community's local artistic talent for the enrichment and enjoyment of the attending audience is a major goal of First Night® USA's mission.
First Night® Flathead is very pleased to present this year's attending audience with a wide range of musical styles and ensembles presented by our very talented local artists. Whatever your favorite kind of music or entertainment, you are sure to find it at First Night!

Playing classical nylon-string guitars, the Montana Midnight Guitar Trio is composed of Paul Gonsorchik, David Murdock and Mike Streeter. The group formed in January 2003 as the Montana Midnight Guitar Quartet and played numerous concerts, weddings and special events over the next eight years. They released their CD “Lost in the Northwest” in 2005. After the retirement of one of its members, Montana Midnight became a trio and expanded its repertoire to include more rock and pop with percussion and vocals in addition to its numerous classical pieces. The trio’s name comes from their late-night rehearsals.
