FNF 2012 Performing Artists
First Night® Flathead's contracted artists are paid a fee for their performances. These fees constitute the major portion of our budget as supporting each community's local artistic talent for the enrichment and enjoyment of the attending audience is a major goal of First Night® USA's mission.
First Night® Flathead is very pleased to present this year's attending audience with a wide range of musical styles and ensembles presented by our very talented local artists. Whatever your favorite kind of music or entertainment, you are sure to find it at First Night!

Long time duo Jenny Snipstead and Ethan Thompson are 2008 graduates from Flathead High School. They were the 2010 grand prize winners in the Folgers Jingle Contest. Thompson, currently based in Boston, MA is pursuing a career in songwriting/performance. Snipstead is hoping to record an album in the Seattle area in spring 2012. They love to join musical forces whenever they find themselves back in MT. They perform a combination of originals and covers—melding their voices and guitars to create a fusion of jazz, folk and pop.
