FNF 2012 Performing Artists
First Night® Flathead's contracted artists are paid a fee for their performances. These fees constitute the major portion of our budget as supporting each community's local artistic talent for the enrichment and enjoyment of the attending audience is a major goal of First Night® USA's mission.
First Night® Flathead is very pleased to present this year's attending audience with a wide range of musical styles and ensembles presented by our very talented local artists. Whatever your favorite kind of music or entertainment, you are sure to find it at First Night!

Bill Rossiter
Bill Rossiter has been performing for First Night® Flathead ever since Michael rowed the dang boat ashore. Yet he persists. He sings other people’s songs, songs he claims he made up, and songs he denies making up, and political songs that came to him in a vision while scaling a carp. He plays clawhammer banjo, shingle-hatchet guitar, scratch-and-sniff Autoharp, and high-migraine harmonica. Critical raves about his performances have ranged from “What the. . . ?” and “He has a very nice banjo” to “Hmmm. . . ” and “Yikes!!” Booking:
